Local provenance is important to us, and we source much of our beef, chicken, pork and lamb from within the UK and Ireland. Our ranges include British Red Tractor approved beef, chicken, pork and lamb.

Our sites are multi species, processing all red meat, poultry and speciality meats including venison. Our capabilities include short shelf life chilled, longer life chilled sous-vide, and frozen.
